Leonora Nameni 41, from a village in west Ukraine, gave birth to her 20th child. Her oldest son is 20 and married. Leonora's six children are working, eight are in school and six are preschoolers. She has 10 sons and 10 daughters. She and her husband own a small farm where the children work.
