Here is some beautiful art by famous artist Liu Bolin who is helped by colleagues as he is painted to blend with rows of drinks as a part of his artwork titled 'PLASTICIZER' to express his speechlessness at the use of plasticizer in food additives, at his studio in Beijing.

Plasticizers are additives that increase the plasticity or fluidity of the material to which they are added; these include plastics, cement, concrete, wallboard, and clay. When forms of these plasticizer additives such as DPB and DEHP bis is used in foods, it's a matter of concern towards the health hazards it can pose for men, women and children. It's reported that plasticizers are used in the food industry for past 30 years instead of palm oil in Taiwan. This carcinogenic toxin was used as a filler to make items more opaque or richer in color which contaminated at least 500 food/beverage products on the Taiwan market. Apparently certain medicines also contain this additive but in supposed safe amounts. Plasticizers are banned in food. Taiwan recently faced its biggest food contamination crisis due to Plasticizer food scandal.
