PEWABIC POTTERY - DETROIT, MICHIGAN

Pewabic is an American Art pottery founded in 1903 by Michigan artist Mary Stratton. Since 1907, Pewabic has been housed in its National Historic Landmark building located in Detroit. Pewabic  a non profit ceramic art education center, is renowned for its gift tile and pottery in unique glazes, busy production studio and living museum. Pewabic receives 70,000 visitors annually. Pewabic is open 7 days a week . Admission is free. Founder and artist Mary Stratton is a member of the Michigan Women’s Hall of Fame.

Pewabic has hundreds of pottery designs for visitors to choose from. If you visit Michigan, U.S.A, Pewabic Pottery is a must visit place of interest, that has so much to offer.
