WORLD'S SMALLEST LEGAL CAR BY PERRY WATKINS

Isn't this amazing? It looks like a toy car, but you know what, this is no toy...it's the world's smallest legal car that can actually be driven on the road. The only problem is the inconvience of getting onself into the car and positioning oneself and driving it. But that's not an issue for British creator and vehicle owner Perry Watkins. You can see him riding happily in his little car in the second last picture!

The size of the is 104.14cm high, 66.04cm wide and 132.08cm long and presented at Guinness World Records Day in London on November 17. The car is so small, parking is never a problem. The car has safety belts, windshield wiper, lights, signals, mirror, fire paint job and fake racing exhaust pipes and engine blower. Watkins took the frame of the 'Postman Pat' childrens ride in the UK and mounted it on a quad mini biki using its 150 cc engine. It is the only one of its kind and not available for public though it is legal to drive it on the road. It is too small for an adult and too fast for a child.
