KUWAIT COVERED IN DENSE FOG

My husband phones me when he reached work at 7 am, and says, 'look outside the window!'. And this is what I saw. Can you make out anything because I couldn't really either. The whole city was enveloped in dense Fog early morning, with literally zero visibility. I could hardly see anything beyond 50 meters. How could people drive to work in this condition? Should have been a holiday. I checked the weather forecast and for some weird reason it showed as, 13 degrees C, sunny!  As I post this, the fog is beginning to slowly clear, good sign....
