PEACE AND CONFLICT

Peace is not the absence of conflict. It is the ability to handle conflicts by peaceful means.

Lovely.. I absolutely agree. But at the same time it varies according to the situation. I find myself at work sometimes having to be passive aggressive to get things done or when having to deal with difficult and stubborn people. Ofcours the after effect can be, they calm down and listen to my point of view or be aggressive back and battle it out but there are no hard feelings at the end of the day because we both are right in our own respects. Tone of voice is very important nd can be modulated to show authority or create an impression - Deepti Harish

Assertive would be another word as well which people can take offensively..
