BREAKFAST FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Wondering what to have for breakfast while trying to lose weight? Here is a simple and easy to make breakfast idea, - Orange, Olives and Egg Breakfast.  It's a power packed breakfast filled with all the goodness of protein and vitamins, guaranteed to wake up any sleepy head, will help boost your moods and energy. Even if you are not a diet, it's a healthy breakfast. The egg was fried using just 3/4 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. You can fry the egg in a non stick pan without oil. But I do recommend using olive oil as it's very good for our health. The oranges are Valencia and the olives are black Spanish olives.
