STRIKING WOODEN INTERIORS AT AG MART

It's after one whole year, that I visited AG Mart, in Salmiah, three days ago. What strikes you different about the place once you enter it,  is the interesting wooden architecture and interiors all around. The ground floor has  groceries, dairy, snacks, breads, juices, fruits and nuts, bakery, toiletries, beverages, vegetables, cold cuts, fresh meat, fish, chicken and so on. The basement seemed more like a storage area, but has lots of things, besides special offers. I didn't  have much time to spend in the basement so I can't really furnish any further information about what's down there. The first floor has a toy section, clothes for men, women and children, bedding and this area hardly had any customers shopping that day. Besides this, there is a home center in the 1st floor, electronics, lovely souvenir section, art equipment and nice variety of paints for artists and art enthusiasts, artificial jewelry and decorative items.   AG Mart is located near Sultan Center, adjacent to American University of Kuwait. Actually it's right  beside Galleria 2000 Mall, to be exact. I quite liked their elaborate wooden interiors with the concept of wooden balconies, stairways, windows with intricate work.  Here are some pictures:
