Very true, but sometimes its difficult not to worry as stuff happens. I think it's the awareness that we need to be able to realise that we are worrying and then let go.

Yes, I agree with you. It's body's natural reaction to worry over stuff or outcomes we have no control over. Constant worry can have such a negative effect on us, if worry tends to govern our lives causing misery. As you said, it's important to learn to let go of that worry, with trust and faith that everything work out somehow.
