One of the best ways to build your stamina and strengthen your muscles is to walk, jog or run on the beach. It's a wonderful exercise and you will love it if you like the sea and sand. It rejuvenates your mind, de-stresses and gives you a renewed sense of energy and vitality. The weather is just fantastic to exercise at the beach.
