In a study that was conducted, reseachers said, that those with lower stress levels were able to lose more weight than their counterparts. People who slept for 6 to 8 hours a night were able to lose weight faster than compared to those who got less sleep. Chronic stress boosts levels of feel-hungry hormones, which leads many people to seek comfort in high calorie foods to deal with anxiety. Many of the high calorie foods not only make you put on weight, but they're also addictive, so the more you eat, the more you crave. Lack of sleep can interfere with your metabolism, that increases the appetite while making you too lazy to exercise.
