DATES MILK SHAKE
Very easy to make high energy health drink which is low on calories, yet filling and full of wonderful nutrients.
Ingredients (for two persons)
8 dates deseeded
1 cup milk
*honey 1 tsp (optional)
*1 small ripe banana (optional)
Soak deseeded dates in half cup of hot milk. Let it cool completely. Blend well in a blender adding rest of the milk, few crushed icecubes, honey and 1 small ripe banana. Pour into two tall glasses and enjoy. This can make a healthy breakfast drink.
