Marta Klonowska is a very creative and talented Polish artist. Here are some of her unique and  amazing animal sculptures which are life-like in size,  using broken shards of colored glass.

SCULPTURE IN THE SEA IN RIO DE JANEIRO

Jaume Plensa is a Spanish artist who designed and created a 12 meter tall sculpture called 'Awilda', at the sea shore of Botafogo beach in Rio de Janeiro. The sculpture depicts the head and face of a girl with eyes closed, connoting the importance of people to dream. It's  made from resin and marble dust and took two months to complete. This sculpture is created as a part of OIR (Other Ideas for Rio) art exhibition that will be taking place. Artists from various parts of the world will occupy public areas in Rio to showcase their work.

PASTA SCULPTURE

To most of us pasta means dinner. But Russia based artist Sergei Pakhomov uses pasta  to create miniature sculptures of vehicles.  Pakhomov uses variations of pasta, from spaghetti to lasagne and rigatoni. He has a collection of over 30 miniature pasta models that range from cars to helicopters. 

He keeps the miniature pasta sculptures at his home. They are stored at a certain temperature and humidity so that they can last.

HAND CHAIR DESIGN

Hand chair, also called the 'Mana Sillas', designed and created by artist Pedro Reyes that resembles the human hand. Each set comes with  right and left handed chairs with flexible fingers for the seating, which allows the user to create gestures. Interesting isn't it?

DOLL HOUSE FROM BROKEN GUITARS

Katsuhiko Yamamoto is a piano tuner and proprietor of Yamamoto Piano Service in Setagaya, Tokyo. He turns discarded, unusable, unsaleable or broken acoustic guitars into something beautiful - Doll houses! He first draws a rough plan, bores a hole in the guitar and decorates the inside of the guitar by fitting old toys and instruments. Each doll house takes several months to complete because collecting parts and pieces that matches his design and vision takes a long time and is not an easy task .

WHEN YOU CAN'T EAT THOSE ENTICING CHOCOLATES

These are no ordinary chocolates. There is something different about them. What's that? They  are not be eaten. Why? because it's a beautiful sculpture of gourmet chocolates made from polymer clay. Anyone could be fooled to think they are real chocolates, especially if they are neatly wrapped and gifted in a beautiful box. They look so real, don't they? These gourmet chocolates sculpture is done by a very talented fine artist Kenya Thompson.

MOTORCYCLES AND VEHICLES MADE FROM RECYCLED WATCH PARTS

Ukranian born artist, Dmitriy Khristenko moved to America 14 years ago. He is a self employed handyman and he has a unique aritistic gift. He creates small intricate replicas of motorcycles and other vehicles from broken watch parts. He  gets old or broken watches from the market, or car boot sales and carefully breaks the watches. He shapes each part with the help of a grindstone to get the perfect shape and size and glues each of the components by hand. The complicated motorcycles take up to 50 hours and the simple designs take up to 30 hours. Forty year old Khristenko has been following his passion since several years and he has made 40 models and has no intention stopping. 'I think people are fascinated by them', says Khristenko. Motorcycles and other vehicles with complex designs created by Kristenko sell for more than  £300 each!.
