Girgian is a traditional Kuwaiti festival which takes place during the middle of Ramadan. Kuwaiti children dress in colourful and beautiful traditional costumes in the evening and go door to door in their local neighborhood singing songs in exchange for sweets, candies and nuts.
A special Girgian Fashion show for children, will be held on Thursday, August 11 at 8.30pm at the Corniche Club, Gulf Road. The Corniche Club is located near Shaab Club and Swimming Pools complex. This is definitely going to be a fun and enjoyable event with lots of prizes, entertainment and goody bags for all.
Registration fee is 3KD (members) & 5KD (non-members) before Tuesday, 9th August.
Late entry fee is 5KD (members) & 7KD (non-members). This is rather late post, but you can stil register your child today.
