Actors Camilla Luddington and Nico Evers-Swindell star in the  TV film 'William & Kate' that chronicles the royal couple Prince William and Kate Middleton’s nine year romance, their engagement in November 2010, culminating in  the anticipated Royal wedding on April 29th. The TV movie was produced by US Lifetime cable network and the movie will be released in the UK on DVD during the Royal Wedding week.
