If you are trying to lose weight, there are times you get tempted like crazy...you might want to indulge, your rational and goal oriented side is forcefully shut down by flaming urges. What do you do? Well...stop yourself from sabotaging your diet. Don't give in to temptation!

Hi Grapevine! Absolutely...but its not impossible for those who 'must' lose weight. I love food too...but have to keep temptation at bay. LOL
