Youppi is an orange coloured rare lobster that is enjoying celebrity status in a Quebec Supermarket (Canada). His diet includes hand fed shrimps. While his dark shelled mates in the tank will be used for cooking, Youppi wouldn't have to face that fate. Apparently only one in 10 billion lobsters come in this rare shade! The Supermarket refuses to sell Youppi and they are looking for a permanent place for Youppi in an Aquarium. Youppi weighs 3 pounds and a little more. Crustacean expert Marc Lanteigne said that the pigment could be a genetic defect or a deficiency in their diet.
