It's very important what you have for breakfast. After 6 to 8 hours of  sleep at night, the body has gone on a fasting mode and you shouldn't keep it deprived of food until lunch time.  A lot of people and school going children miss breakfast, as they have to rush to work or school and they think it's alright, but it isn't. Your body waits to be fed healthy food when you wake up in the morning, so it can go about doing its work internally, to get the organs working efficiently for  you to be fit and healthy. 

BREAKFAST AND BRUNCH is a newly opened restaurant conceptualized and created by Jumana Al Othman who holds a Master's Degree in Food and Nutrition. Breakfast and Brunch design and decor would remind you of the English country home. The restaurant aims to promote benefits of right eating by creating a menu of  healthy foods, you could choose from. Their policy of giving back to society would involve left over foods at the end of the day being distributed to the poor in the neighborhood.
