I have devised several low calorie breakfast meals which are healthy. Here is one of them - Chickpeas with bell peppers. It's easy. Boil chickpeas (or use canned chickpeas). Add required salt, red and green bellpepper chopped really fine, chopped cilantro and little lemon juice. Mix all of them up. And voila, your simple, easy to make, low calorie, healthy breakfast is ready!
