Everyone has several favourite food items which they like to have during any time of the day. When you are trying to lose weight, one of the hardest things is to overcome the craving for exactly those very same things you eat unrestricted. What are those food items that you devour? Tell you what, try staying away from them for a few days, it might seem a bit difficult but not impossible, and in the next week, you would have built considerable restraint, and in week after that, you'd have developed a healthy attitude and find yourself saying 'No' to these food culprits that prevent you from losing weight. The trick is in staying away from  high sugar and high fat foods and being oblivious to their existence! Ignore the very foods that stand in your way of losing weight; they won't bother you anymore....Don't even look at them in the supermarket. Pretend you can't see when others are having them. You have an important task of losing weight, right?

Personally I love these, but it's not all that hard to stay away from them. These are just three of the so many other things I enjoy having.
