They are simple foods, easy to include in your diet and make them a permanent part of your food plan and see how you glow with health and vitality. Now what are they?

Honey, almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, peanuts, cinnamon infused tea, green tea with honey, Mint, herbs, yoghurt, oranges, strawberries, apple, banana, blueberries, dark grapes, canteloupe, green leafy vegetables, beetroot, tomatoes, carrots, beans, oatmeal, brown rice, olive oil, fish, soya milk or soya beans(cooked, not processed). 

And you know what else..these foods will boost your energy, uplift your moods, improve memory besides making you glow with good health. Don't eat too many nuts (they are high in calories). About 10 to 12 nuts a day would do for those on a diet. In a week's time, you will start feeling great....and in a month, you can see a healthier, happier you. One more tip....while you take care of the food part, do exercise to get maximum benefit and say no to any form for 'stress'.
