TERIYAKI RESTAURANT

TERIYAKI Restaurant at Marina Mall (Level 2 - Food Court) is quite popular and you can watch your food being prepared live in front of you. I was watching the chef prepare some chicken, beef and vegetables in the camouflage of smoke and then serve the chicken-beef-vegetables on a plate of rice. The chef might even impress you with a bit of acrobatics, by throwing the large knife and fork he works with, in the air, only to return into his hands with precision and back to working on the food he is preparing.  Don't forget to smile in acknowledgement of his perfectionism. If you happen to visit Marina Mall, you can order an interesting Japanese dish from TERIYAKI and enjoy some light and healthy lunch or dinner.
