On a weight loss journey, we come up with this big question, 'What shall I have for breakfast?' It has to be low in calories and high in nutrition with protein and vitamins. Here is a breakfast idea that's just right to fill you with all that you need to kick start the day and pull you through until lunch time. It's Feta cheese salad. The Feta cheese I used here is low fat, low salt from Al Marai, red bell pepper slices, salad leaves, mint leaves and olives. I also had an orange along with this as well. It's so easy to make. Have this breakfast and see it liven up your senses, uplift your spirit and energize you. Tip for weight loss - Don't skip breakfast !
